How To Enroll

Enrollment

Greek classes begin the second week of September and end the first week of June. Please check the Academic Calendar.

When should I enroll?

Returning students may pre-enroll for the following school year at any time. However, early enrollment is recommended because it helps with our planning.

New students should submit their registration forms by mid September. At the beginning of June the school organizes a Graduation and Open day where parents of both new and returning students can visit us and learn more about the school. Please contact us in advance if you would like to attend the event.

What are the admission criteria?

Both members and non-members of the Oakland Ascension Cathedral are welcome. Students must be at least 3 years old. Knowledge of the Greek language is not a prerequisite but an evaluation for proper placement is required for new students.

How can I get registered?

Students or parents must complete the required registration form and sign the school rules found at the bottom of this document, for each sibling prior to enrollment. Forms for Registration and the school rules can also be found at the Church and the Greek School office. Please complete the forms and return them to the school office.
